Where the limit sits
Two numbers: 60 minutes of total volume per month, and a single file may be at most 60 minutes long. Once the allowance is used up, further transcriptions are declined until the next month begins — no automatic extra charges, nothing quietly billed. If you regularly have longer recordings, Starter raises the per-file length to two hours and Pro to three hours, with 10 and 40 hours of monthly volume respectively.
Where's the catch?
There are no hidden costs: the free plan asks for no payment details, starts no subscription, and nothing happens after 14 days. We fund the free plan because a share of users move to Starter or Pro as their volume grows. Your content is not used to train AI models and your audio file is deleted after transcription — so the free plan is not paid for with your data.
