FFmpeg.wasm core — license and source notice

The files in this directory (ffmpeg-core.js, ffmpeg-core.wasm) are the unmodified
build of @ffmpeg/core 0.12.9 (FFmpeg.wasm), served by www.smartscription.de so that
audio/video can be converted locally in the visitor's browser. They are a separate
program; nothing is uploaded by them.

License: GNU General Public License, version 2 or (at your option) any later
version — see LICENSE in this directory. This build of FFmpeg is configured with
--enable-gpl and includes libx264, libx265, libmp3lame, libopus, libvorbis,
libtheora, libvpx, libwebp, libass, libfreetype, libfribidi, libzimg and zlib.
